To increase the well being of persons with developmental and other challenges, through support of career advancement, personal growth and self discovery.
What We Do
We focus on two main areas: janitorial and manufacturing training. Through our programs, we equip individuals with the skills they need to excel in these industries. Our hands-on approach not only provides practical experience but also instills a sense of accomplishment and pride in our trainees.
Inclusive Activities
In addition to our vocational training, we offer a range of activities for disabled adults. These activities are designed to promote social interaction, enhance motor skills, and offer a supportive environment where everyone can feel valued and included.
Community Partnerships
We are proud to partner with various businesses in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. As part of these partnerships, we perform parts assembly, providing valuable services to our partners while offering real-world experience for our trainees.
